Why Women and Investing?
"In a few short weeks I learned so much from Finhive. From taking Women and Investing courses I gained a very practical understanding of investments that allow me to more confidently deal with my 401K. Through the Finhive program I learned about the different ways to invest, how to balance risk with gain, the framework of investing and how to use online tools to research companies and industries. Finhive is committed to helping people gain financial literacy."

On Finhive Framework
We are firm advocates of “resilient wealth creation”. We do not promise to give you shortcuts to beat the stock market. Instead, we emphasize carefully analyzing your financial goals, considering risks and rewards of investment options, diversifying assets, and growing your portfolio over time. This will build your confidence to competently navigate your investments and avoid the common pitfalls.
"I like the framework and approach - it has been helpful in reviewing our spending from last year and changes we could make going forward."

Our Methodology
At Finhive, we believe investing is a journey, not a destination. Our classes seek to build participants’ capabilities over time with easy-to-understand instructions, in-class exercises, and optional worksheets and coursework. The best way for people to gain confidence in their financial literacy and building wealth is by learning the art and science of investing, building watchlists, practicing in mock portfolios, and applying the lessons in real life carefully. Therefore, we have created a series of courses and accompanying material to help build the community's understanding of investing.

Why FinLit
Financial literacy is about living a confident and intentional financial life. Managing personal finances is central to a meaningful adult experience in today's world. Setting the right financial goals, making a good financial plan, and achieving them on time is key to better personal and financial life. At Finhive, we strive to build financially educated communities by teaching a set of skills and behaviors that individuals and families need to reach their personal, family, and community financial goals.
